- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of shipment delivery.
- Merchandise must not be worn, used, altered, or washed and must have all tags attached. Any items containing make-up, body odor, perfume, animal hair etc., or are sent back after the return period will not be accepted and if returned will be disposed of and NOT sent back to the customer.
- All Final Sale merchandise is not eligible for refund.
If you would like to exchange an item for another color or different item, please make sure to note the requested exchange on the return form. Please make sure your exchange meets the criteria for an acceptable return (see above). We will ship the first exchange at our expense (does not apply to international orders). Please note, for all except even exchanges, your credit card will be refunded for the returned items(s), and a new charge placed on the card of your choice.
How to Return Merchandise
- Complete the return form OR packing slip and include it inside your return shipment – note if you would like a credit or an exchange as well as your contact info.
- Securely repackage your merchandise as we are unable to issue refunds for items lost or damaged due to unsecure packaging.
- Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method (we are unable to provide return labels). Remember to cover or remove any original labels on package. If shipped in an envelope, turning the shipping envelope inside out usually works well! Remember to keep the tracking details for your records. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks once we receive your return for processing.
